Ingredients

4 cupsflour
1egg
1satchet of milk
1 tablespoonyeast
1/2 cupsugar
2 tablespoonsbutter
Luke warm water

Steps

1

Sieve flour into bowl, add in melted butter and sugar and mix well
2

Add in egg, yeast,milk and water
3

Knead into a soft dough and allow to rise for 1hr
4

Roll and cut out donut shapes and allow to rise for 20 mins
5

Fry in hot oil
