  • 2 teaspoonsalt
  • Maggi/Seasoning
  • Vegetable oil for frying

    Peel,cut and wash yam then sieve add little amount of salt and maggi.Set your frying-pan on fire add vegetable oil,allow it to become hot and pour some amount of yam,allow it to fry for some minutes.Serve with red pepper sauce,Yaji etc
