200 ggrated cheedar cheese
2 tbspbutter
1 cupflour
1 tspcayyene pepper powder
1 tspsalt
2 tbspcold water

In a bowl mix together all the ingredients and form into a ball.

Flaten the dough and roll into quarter inch thickness and cut into logs.For cheddar cracker roll thin between two parchment paper and cut into squares.

Baked in a pre heated oven for 8 to 10mins.
