My own version of jollof rice using maggi signature jollof. It's yummy!

I gather all the ingredients like this

I parboiled rice the usual way as you can see in the picture below

Using a clean pot, I pour oil and put on fire and I added some grated onions

I blended tomatoes, red peppers and scotch bonnet together and pour the purée into the oil and allow it to cook until the oil sits on top of the purée like this

I then added my maggi signature jollof, curry, thyme, crayfish, grated ginger and garlic, grounded bay leaves, salt and a cup of water, cover the pot for 2 minutes

Then I added the parboiled rice and mix all to combine like this

Cover with foil paper to retain all the steam for the rice to be soft for about 10_15minutes

Finally, I added some sliced onions, green peppers and red peppers and stir finally for everything to be combined like this

After 2 minutes, I off the heat and plate my jollof as you can see below
