Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour (I used whole wheat)
  2. 1 cupplain yogurt
  3. 3-4potatoes chopped small
  4. 1/2 bunchparsley
  5. 1 cupcrumbled feta cheese
  6. 1dry onion chopped
  7. 1 tspred pepper flakes
  8. 1 tspblack pepper
  9. 3eggs
  10. 1 tspsalt (optional)
  11. 1 tspbaking powder
  12. Sesame to decorate
  13. 3/4 cupvegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix 3 eggs, yogurt, pepper, salt, oil (set oven 180/ 375)

    Chop parsley, potatoes, 1 onion

    Add potatoes mixture to egg mixture,

    Add feta

    Add baking powder to flour, add flour to wet mixture in a large bowl, pour into a oiled oven proof dish, decorate with sesame

    Cook about 40 minutes until its surface get brownish color

    Turn off oven let it wait some more,

I used to be a runner. One day middle of the run, I had my feet numb up to my knee. It was sciatica from a car accident years ago. Then because having problems with my Achilles, I started using a cane. Now I changed my diet completely... no more sugar or process foods. My recent recipes are vegetarian, I do not eat meat anymore! Also no sugar, flour and very low carbohydrate meals .This is my journey now. Good luck on yours! 😄✌️
