Activate your yeast by sprinkling in warm milk and allow to sit for 5 mins untill foamy

Meanwhile sift your flour into a bowl,add sugar and rub in margarine untill coarse

Lightly beat your egg and add water,activated yeast and mix together untill it forms a dough

Knead for 5 to 10 minutes untill it becomes smooth.Cover and allow to rise for 1 hr or untill it doubles in size

Gently defliate the dough wit your hand to remove air bubbles.On a floured surface roll the dough into desired thickness,use a doughnut cutter to cut out.Place onto a floured tray,cover and allow to rise for 30minutes to 1 hr.

After 30mins to 1hr the doughnuts will have doubled in size.

Heat oil and fry on medium heat untill golden brown.Drain excess oil and munch.
