Ingredients

  • 1large onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 TBSginger garlic paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteBlack pepper
  • 2tomatoes, grated or blended
  • 1 TBStomato sauce
  • 1 TBSoil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat oil, add onions and sweat them. Add ginger and garlic and cook

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes and cook them well. Season with salt and pepper. Add sauce and cook for one more minute. Serve as a dipping sauce with potato fries
