  1. 1 cupwhole oats
  2. 2 tablespoonsvanilla extract
  3. Brown sugar or sweetener, to taste
  4. 6 1/3 cupswater
  5. Ice

    Soak the oats overnight.

  2. 2

    Blend the oats with vanilla, sugar, and water until very smooth.

  3. 3

    Pour into a pitcher with the remaining water and mix well. Refrigerate.

  4. 4

    Serve with plenty of ice.
