Cooking Instructions
- 1
I have used dry active yeast and the ratio I have used is 25 grams of dry yeast which is to be activated as per instructions mentioned in the back of the package.
With the yeast I have used 500 grams of atta or whole wheat, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of salt, a pinch of sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking powder. Knead them with warm water and cover to rest them for 2 hours. - 2
As they rise up into double in size take out portions and gently place them on a greased baking tray. Bake them on convection mode on the microwave at 220 degrees for 20 minutes or till the top layer becomes golden brown in colour.
- 3
After they are baked take them out and keep aside. On a small bowl melt butter and add chopped or grated garlic around 1 teaspoon and mix well with the butter. You can also add garlic seasoning easily available on the market. Serve with love with anything of your choice.

Sesame Seed Hamburger Buns Sesame Seed Hamburger Buns
I wanted to try making hamburger buns out of ordinary bread dough. The pictures I used feature dough balls that are 70~75 g -- a little on the light side. The main profile picture (showing the hamburger patties) have buns made from 80 g balls of dough. They can become a little tall, so if you want to cut them into 3 slices, so weigh the dough to 80-85 g. Recipe by Narimofugi cookpad.japan -
