  1. 1 cup and 1 tbspall purpose flour
  2. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  3. 1 tbspoil
  4. As requiredOil to fry
  5. 3potatoes (medium)
  6. 1 tbsprice powder
  7. 1 tbsp semolina
  8. 1 tbspcoriander leaves (chopped)
  9. 1big onion (Chopped)
  10. 1green chilli(chopped)
  11. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  12. 1/2 tspred chilli flakes
  13. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  14. 1/4 tspgaram masala powder
  15. To tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Boil and grate potatoes. Add onion, chilli,salt,red chilli powder,red chilli flakes,rice powder,semolina,1 tbsp flour,garam masala powder, coriander leaves baking soda, black pepper powder to potato and mix well. Make dough. Take small portion of dough and give finger shape

    In a bowl add 2 cup of flour,1/2tsp salt, 1 tbsp oil. Mix well and make soft dough adding required water. Brush oil and keep aside for 30 minutes. Then roll on and cut into thin pieces. Wrap each potato finger with this flour piece and deep fry into oil.

    Serve with sauce
