In a pan,add oil and after it gets heated.. add mustard,onion, carrot beans,pinch of salt and Maggi masala.Mix well until the masala gets mixed with the ingredients.

Add 3 cups of water for 2 small packets of Maggi (2 people).After the water boils,add maggi and keep it low flame until the water drains.

Add coriander leaves at the enda dn mix well. Maggi is ready.serve hot
