Freeze pack of cream and electric beater hands and a big bowl in which you wish to beat the cream. (atleast 10 mins or 30 mins).

By the time add some strawberries (10 to 15), add 2 tbsp sugar and 1/2 the lemon and let it cook for 5 mins.when the strawberries become soft either use a blender or the tip of a wooden spoon to crush the strawberries as much as you can.you can add 2 to 3 tbsp water and make a sauce.remove from heat and allow to cool.

Remove the things from the freezer and start beating your cream in the bowl.add 2 tbsp granulated sugar and beat for 4 mins or until firm peaks are formed.(olpers cream whips the best and fast).after whipping the cream freeze the cream and the strawberry sauce for 5 to 10 mins.

In serving bowls or glasses you add a layer of crushed biscuits and press it properly.then add a thick layer of whipped cream,then the strawberry sauce,then garnish with crushed biscuits and fresh strawberries.keep refrigerated till serving time.
