Ingredients

5 to 6 servings
  • 1.5 kgmutton
  • 1.5 cupschana dall soaked
  • 2big onions
  • 3tomatoes
  • 2 tbsred chilli powder
  • 1.5 tspgaram masala powder
  • 2 tbscorriander powder
  • 1 tbsroasted and grinded corriander zeera and red chilli
  • 1 tsphaldi
  • 2 tbsginger garlic paste
  • to tasteSalt

  1. 1

    Saute onion in oil until pink in color add ginger garlic paste mutton tomatoes red chilli powder haldi mix well add corriander powder and chana daal

    Add water until meat and daal tender.bhoonify add garam masala and roasted masal give 5 min dum and serve with chapati and rice
