Cooking Instructions

Heat 3 tablespoons cooking oil on a tawa. Add a teaspoon of finely crushed garlic. Sauté brown.

Add 1 medium sized onion finely chopped. Sauté until translucent. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt.

Add 1/2 cup shredded cabbage. Sauté until soft.

Add spicy peri peri sauce 5 tablespoons.

Mix all together.

Add 2 ladleful water. Cook until cabbage is par cooked.

Place the urad Vadas on the gravy.

Simmer the flame. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.

Flip sides and see Vada is sauce coated
- 10
Cover and slow cook for another 2 minutes until vadas look little roasted and at the same time masala absorbed. Gently press and open cook for 2 mins. Garnish with spring onions.

Tawa Peri Peri Vadas are ready to serve. Relish !
