In a non stick pan add ghee, milk and milk powder, mix well, keep flame on low.

Add sugar keep mixing well continuously.

When the mixture appears thick put it on a greased plate and spread evenly.

Sprinkle chopped almonds and press lightly.

Now keep this plate in refrigerator for few hours so that the burfi sets well.
