Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprajgira flour
  2. 3/4 cupsugar
  3. 2 tbspghee
  4. 1 tbspcrushed roasted peanut
  5. 1/4 tsp cardamom pwder (optional)
  6. as requiredAlmonds
  7. as requiredMilk (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Heat ghee in kadhai and add rajgira flour in it.

    Saute it on slow flame

  3. 3

    Stir constantly

  4. 4

    When it changes it's colour,become aromat and started leave ghee from the sides..add hot water or milk in it carefully. Stir it to avoid lumps.

    When it absorbs water add sugar and cardamom pwder in it.

  6. 6

    Mix it well, add crushed peanuts and mix it again.

  7. 7

    Cook 2-3 minutes. Add chopped Almonds and serve it hot. This halwa is specially made on fast.
