  1. 1 cupyellow moong dal
  2. 1 cupDesi ghee
  3. Some nuts optional
  4. 1 cupsugar
  5. Halfcup water and 1/3 milk

    Soak lentil overnight and make a smooth paste

  2. 2

    Add ghee melt it in a nonstick pan and add blended lentil.cook at low flame.otherside boil sugar,water and milk and make one string syrup

  3. 3

    Cook until it soften and start leaving ghee after approximately 40 or 45 minutes

  4. 4

    Now add syrup and nuts together until it start absorbing syrup completely and will leave oil much around

  5. 5

    Serve hot healthy dessert
