Ingredients

  1. 250 gmlady fingers
  2. 2onion chopped
  3. 2green chilli
  4. 2red chilli
  5. 1 tsppanch phuran
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. To tastesalt
  8. 2 tbspoil
  9. 1/4 tspchanadal
  10. 1/4 tspurad dal
  11. 1 tspDry mango powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wadh &cut the pieces of ladyfingers.Heat a pan add oil,add Punch furan& redchilli,crackle for a minuits.A dd chanadal&urad dal stir till it's becomes golden brown.

    Add Ladyfingers,turmeric powder,mix well,stir on medium flame.

    When lady finger becomes half cooked add chopped onion,greenchilli& salt.Cooked nicely.

    Lastly add aamchur powder mix well &off the gas.ladyfonger fry is ready to serve with rice or chopati.
