  • 8Dried mopane worm
  • as neededWheat flour
  • to tasteBBQ salt
  • as neededFrying oil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix wheat flour with a moderate amount of BBQ salt. This is going to be a coating.

  2. 2

    Dip mopane worms into water and lay them on the coating. Cover them one by one.

    Heat the frying oil to high temperature (190~200℃) and fry mopane worms until the white parts turn into brown.
