Grind the chicken meat, an egg, garlic, fried onions, sesame oil, salt, sugar and pepper using a food processor until smooth.

Add spring onions, parsley, carrots, tapioca flour, flour and combine well.

Take 1 tablespoon mixture, oval round shape and stick with skewers (I use sticks for satay) Boil the water, boil the mixture until cooked and float, lift, drain and let it cool.

Dip the batter mixture in egg beaters.
Heat the cooking oil as needed, fry until deeply golden and cooked. Serve with your choice of sides.
