Ingredients

  1. 4potato boiled and mashed
  2. 1/2 cupcapsicum chopped
  3. 1/2 cuponion chopped
  4. 1/2 cupcarrot chopped
  5. 1 tbspchilli powder
  6. 1/2 cuppaneer crumbled or diced
  7. 1 tspfrankie masala
  8. 2 tspoil
  9. to tastesalt
  10. 1/2 cupgreen chutney
  11. 1/2 cuptomato sauce
  12. 1/4 cupmayonnaise Coriander
  13. leavesas required coriander
  14. for roti/wraps:
  15. 1 cupall purpose flour or whole wheat flour
  16. 1 tbspoil
  17. as required salt
  18. as neededwater
  19. 2 tbspbutter

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan heat oil,add boiled mashed potatoes, salt,red chilli and coriander.
    mix well and prepare cylindrical shaped sticks. keep aside.knead flour with oil,salt and water to a smooth dough. Cover and keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes. Make thin chapati.

    Now, add butter onto the tawa.
    and roast chapati or wraps until they warm up.apply some oil.
    now place the roasted chapathi or wrap on a flat surface.
    spread tomato sauce,chutney, mayonnaise
    Place carrot,capsicum, and onion in the centre of chapathi.place the prepared cylindrical stuffing of aloo in center.add paneer
    and sprinkle frankie masala on it

    Now fold the bottom up.Fold both the sides one after another.
    roll into aluminium foil or tissue paper covering the frankie.
