4ppl
  • 2 cupraw rice
  • 1 CupChana dal
  • 1 cupurad dal
  • 6red chilli
  • Handfulcurry leaves
  • 6-7garlic
  • 1 spoonsaunf/fennel seeds
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil to make dosa
  • 1 Small pinch asafoetida

Steps

    Soak rice chanadal and urad dal over night. Morning grind it add red chilli,garlic,curry leaf,saunf asafoetida salt while grinding. Your batter is ready. Make it just like dosa. You can have Addai with tomato sauce, coconut chutney or curd. You will adore it very healthy and tasty
