Cooking Instructions

Always sieve your dry ingredients. Add in butter egg and milk mixed gently add little water

Put your Masa Maker (tanda) in the fire then start frying
- 3
Turn to other side continue frying until you finish

Ma mom doesn't really like food with egg, so i almost make pancake without egg and add melted salted butter in it.. i like to use salted butter because i think it's greater than using butter and salt (: but if you want, you can use unsalted butter with salt.. just as you like. And yeah as I love nutella so I serve it with nutella and ma favorite cheese.. Low fat cheese seems perfect I think :)
