First we boil chana dal. then we add 2 spoons ghee in the pan and pour chana dal, sugar and jaggery mix will.

Last we add cardamom. Rest it in cool them we make one chapati and fill up stuffing in it then again roll it.

Roast on pan and spread ghee onit

Ready to serve garma garam puran poli. Serve with aam ras.
