  • Salt
  • Curry
  • Oil for frying

  1. 1

    Cook your chicken in a pot with salt, onions and curry. For 10 minutes

    Fry in oil

    For the sauce you will saute your onions, scotch bonnet and garlic for 3 minutes and put your spices.
