Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled sweetcorn
  2. 2 cupboiled spinach puree
  3. 1 cupwater
  4. 100 gramcrumbled cottage cheese
  5. 2 teaspoonclarified butter
  6. 1 pinchcumin seeds
  7. 1 teaspoonbutter
  8. 1 teaspoonginger chilli paste
  9. 1 teaspoongrated garlic
  10. 1 cuponion paste
  11. 1 cuptomato puree
  12. 1 cupcream
  13. 3/4 teaspoonsalt
  14. 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  15. 1/4 teaspoonred chilli powder
  16. 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  17. 1/2 teaspoongaram masala

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat clarified butter in a wok and add cumin seeds

  2. 2

    Add onion paste,garlic,ginger chilli paste and saute until it turns golden brown

  3. 3

    Add tomato puree and stir for 3-4 minutes

  4. 4

    Add salt,other spices and cream cook until it leaves oil

  5. 5

    Add cottage cheese,corn,water,spinach puree and cook until the gravy thickens

  6. 6

    Mix butter and switch off the flame

  7. 7

    Serve with naan or rice.
