The ingredients for making the gravy.
Heat ½ tablespoon butterin the pan
After 10 seconds start roasting all whole spices for2min. - 2
Add in onions and roast for half a minute.

Add in the ginger garlic paste.

Add in tomatoes, green chili and ½ cup water.
Add in salt to taste. - 5
Grind to make stone paste.

Add in 1 tablespoon of butter
After 10 seconds add in chili powder, turmeric, the prepared mixture and stir continuously for 30 seconds as the mixture is going to splatter. - 7
Then add grind mixture saute till it removes ghee from edges.

Pour in 1 cup water. And give it a good stir.

Now add in heavy cream, grated paneer, paneer cubes, Kasoori methi and give it a quick stir.

Cook for a minute.

After a minute open the lid and add in chopped cilantro and sugar.

Serve with Roti paratas.
