Ingredients

  • 200 gmPanner
  • 2 tablespoonbutter
  • 2tomato
  • 1onion
  • 1green chilli
  • 1 inchginger
  • 5-6garlic clove
  • 2dried red chilies
  • 2peppercorns
  • 2cloves
  • 2green cardamom
  • 2black cardamom Badi elaichi
  • 1 teaspooncoriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoonmelon seeds
  • 14raw whole cashews
  • 1Bay leaf
  • 1mace flower
  • 1/2“ cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 teaspooncumin
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoonkasoori methi
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • 3 tablespoonFresh creamcream
  • HandfulChopped Cilantro
  • Salt as par tast

Steps

  1. 1

    The ingredients for making the gravy.
    Heat ½ tablespoon butterin the pan
    After 10 seconds start roasting all whole spices for2min.

    Add in onions and roast for half a minute.

  3. 3

    Add in the ginger garlic paste.

  4. 4

    Add in tomatoes, green chili and ½ cup water.
    Add in salt to taste.

  5. 5

    Grind to make stone paste.

  6. 6

    Add in 1 tablespoon of butter
    After 10 seconds add in chili powder, turmeric, the prepared mixture and stir continuously for 30 seconds as the mixture is going to splatter.

    Then add grind mixture saute till it removes ghee from edges.

  8. 8

    Pour in 1 cup water. And give it a good stir.

  9. 9

    Now add in heavy cream, grated paneer, paneer cubes, Kasoori methi and give it a quick stir.

    Cook for a minute.

  11. 11

    After a minute open the lid and add in chopped cilantro and sugar.

  12. 12

    Serve with Roti paratas.
