This is an easy macrobiotic cake without eggs and dairy products.I used a minimum amount of sugar, so please increase it to your liking.I also recommend using a cup cake pan. Recipe by Mille=miru

If it's not sweet enough, add some honey to the mashed banana.Canola, vegetable and grapeseed oil are mild-tasting. It's fine to use olive oil, but the taste will be a little stronger. I have a thing for bananas this is a pretty nice cake the sugar is reduced as I find the bananas and sometimes I use raisins add to the sweetness..the vanilla essence I tend to use to my heart demise..so use an amount thats appropriate to your tastes
