Easy Chocolate Snowballs Easy Chocolate Snowballs
My sister gave me a recipe where they were quite floury. They tasted good but the floury feeling bothered me, so after some trial and error I finally came up with this.My sister is also satisfied with this taste. When I distribute these cookies with tea to relatives, they disappear in no time.Since everybody always asks if I bought these, I decided to post the recipe here. Please try them. You can leave the butter out to bring to room temperature or you can heat it up in the microwave to melt it.After that, just mix.You don't even have to sift the powdered ingredients. Just mix until the it's no longer powdery. Then it's just forming into whatever size balls you want. But if they are too big, you need to change the baking time.Try to make them all the same size as much as you can please. If you try to coat them with powdered sugar before cooling them, the sugar will melt and since the cookies are soft, they will fall apart easier. So make sure to cool completely before coating with sugar. Recipe by Maimama cookpad.japan -
Crispy Chocolate Snowballs Crispy Chocolate Snowballs
I wanted to make delicious chocolate and nut snowballs. These cookies have chocolate as well as cocoa powder in them, and are amazingly crispy. Even if you use snacking nuts, these cookies are very elegant, and great as gifts. If the hot water used to melt the chocolate is boiling hot, the cacao in the chocolate may become burned and grainy, so be careful. The hidden flavor of a pinch of pepper really brings out the flavor of the chocolate. The mixed nuts should include some sliced almonds, but otherwise you can just use some snacking nuts. Snowball-style Decorated Chocolate Cookies Snowball-style Decorated Chocolate Cookies
I was chosen as a cooking tester by a baking paper company.I made snowball-style cocoa cookies with white chocolate. I think these are a combination of what I like and are nice for a Valentine's Day gift. You can use a bowl instead of a plastic bag for mixing the ingredients. The cookies are not too sweet. If you melt white chocolate completely by heating, it might scorch. Take the chocolate out of the microwave when there are still small pieces left, and let it melt in residual heat. Recipe by chokomi513 cookpad.japan
