Ingredients

15 to 20 min
  • 1 cupCorn boiled
  • 1 cupChess(Mozzarella or processed)
  • 1 cupGreen pepper
  • 2Boiled potato
  • 2 Tbsp.Corn flour
  • 200 gmWheat bread crumbs
  • 4 TbspAll purpose flour
  • 1 TspRed chilli flakes
  • 1/2 TspBlack pepper
  • 1/2 TspOregano
  • As per tasteSalt
  • As requiredCoriander

Steps

15 to 20 min
  1. 1

    In bowl,add mashed potato,grated mozzarella cheese or processed chess,boiled and mashed corn,coriander leaves,green pepper or any other colour pepper of your choice,chilli flakes,oregano,salt as per taste,corn flour and mix everything well

  2. 2

    Take oil on palm and make small round ball out of mixture

  3. 3

    To make flour better: Mix well all purpose flour(Maida) and water till you get a pouring consistency

  4. 4

    To make fry balls: On surface, put some plain flour and bread crumbs.
    - Roll the cheese balls in the plain flour, dip them in the all purpose flour batter and then roll them in the bread crumbs. you can repeat this step to make balls more crispy
    - You can put balls in fridge and deep fry well coated cheese balls just before you serve them.
