Cut equal sized paneer.

Heat a wok, add sugar, water and cardamom powder in it and prepare sugar syrup of one-string consistency.

Now add paneer cubes in it and keep stirring it without any break and when then syrup start turning white in colour then take it out from the flame.

But don't stop stirring, keep stirring it until sugar syrup is coated well on paneer cubes and it turns into sugar powder.

Chenna murki is ready to serve now.
