  1. 1 cupmelted butter
  2. 1 tincondensed milk
  3. 2 cupssemolina
  4. 1 tspbaking powder
  5. 1 cupground almonds
  6. 250 mlwater
  7. 1.5 cupsugar
  8. 1.5 cupwater for making sugar syrup
  9. 1 tsplemon juice
  10. 2 tsprose water
  11. as requiredBlanched almonds for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Take semolina in a bowl and add butter, condensed milk and water.

    Now grind almonds.

    Add almonds powder and baking powder in semolina mixture.

  4. 4

    Add curd in it and mix well.

    Grease the tin by butter or ghee and pour the mixture in it.

    Bake it for 25 minutes at 180 degree Celsius in a preheated oven

    Meanwhile make sugar syrup by adding sugar in water.

    Then add lemon juice and rose water in sugar syrup.

    Now pour this syrup over baked cake and keep for cooling

  10. 10

    After 1 hour cut in diamond shape and garnish with peeled almonds.

    Serve chilled.
