Harabhara kebabs
A dip in gram flour slurry made these kebabs crisp
Steps

Boil potatoes cool peel keep aside,chop spinach and methi leaves.Now add all these in a bowl.make sure no water in potatoes or veggies chopped remains after washing.

Add green peas,chopped green chillies,add sal with other spices and start mashing well too.

Use this dough make 8 portions to 10 as kebabs dipped in thin igram flour slurry.Heat oil and shallow fry until browning on slow medium

I fried smileys along added boiled eggs too on side as we all love eggs.
