Ingredients

  • 1 bowlrava(suji)
  • 1 bowlsugar
  • 1/2 bowldesi ghee
  • Mix Dryfriut for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan and mix sugar in it and let it caramelize on low flame.

  2. 2

    Soak rava in a bowl with little water.

    When sugar is caramelized and light brown in colour off the gas.

    Mix soaked rava in it and mix properly.make sure that there is no lump in it.

    Again on the gas and bhuno it for 2 minutes.garnish with dry fruits.
