Ingredients

  • 5thick slice of belly fish
  • 3 sliceginger
  • 1 stalkspring onion cut about 3cm
  • seasoning
  • wine
  • cornstarch
  • 1 tspdark soy sauce
  • 2 tsplight soy sauce
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 4 tspwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Seasoning belly fish with wine and wrapped with cornstarch

    Fried belly fish til golden color and put ginger in

  3. 3

    Mix together other seasoning and pour it in

  4. 4

    Wait until the fish coler change and flip it over

  5. 5

    Add spring onion in last minute and done!
