Jumbo Tandoori Paneer Sago Patty Burger
In this recipe I have paired up crispy fried tapioca pearl patties with succulent panner cubes marinated in spicy tandoori masala... So this burger is pure Indian take over from other burger recipes.
Steps

SAGO PATTIES: Wash and soak sabudana for 4-6 hours.

Mix together sabudana, boiled potatoe, crushed peanuts, green chilli, coriander, lemon juice and seasonings.

Divide mixture in 8 equal portions and form patties.

Deep fry in hot oil until golden.

TANDOORI PANEER: Chop paneer in cubes.

Mix in all the ingredients listed for tandoori paneer and marinate for at least 2 hours.

Drizzle some oil in a tawa over medium heat. Place paneer cubes and cook until done, about 30 seconds on each side.

ASSEMBLING THE BURGER: Spread tomato ketchup on bottom and top buns.

Place a couple of salad greens, onion slices, sago patty, cheese slice, tomato slices, cucumber slices, tandoori paneer cubes and chopped peanuts.

Close it with top half of the bun.
