Ingredients

  1. TANDOORI PANEER:
  2. 100 gmPaneer
  3. 1 tspMustard oil
  4. 1 tspTandoori spice mix
  5. 1 tspKasuri Methi
  6. 1/2 tspGinger garlic paste
  7. 1 tspLemon juice
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. SAGO PATTIES:
  10. 1/2 cupSabudana/Tapioca pearls
  11. 1Potato, boiled
  12. 1/3 cupCrushed Peanuts
  13. 1/4 cupFresh Coriander, chopped
  14. 1 tspLemon juice
  15. 1 tspChopped green Chilli
  16. 1 tspCumin powder
  17. 1/4 tspBlack Pepper
  18. to tasteSalt
  19. Oil, for frying
  20. TOPPINGS:
  21. 4burger buns
  22. fewTomato slices
  23. fewOnion slices
  24. fewCucumber slices
  25. fewSalad greens
  26. 4Cheese slices
  27. 2 tbspChopped Peanuts
  28. 2 tbspTomato ketchup

Steps

    SAGO PATTIES: Wash and soak sabudana for 4-6 hours.

    Mix together sabudana, boiled potatoe, crushed peanuts, green chilli, coriander, lemon juice and seasonings.

    Divide mixture in 8 equal portions and form patties.

  4. 4

    Deep fry in hot oil until golden.

  5. 5

    TANDOORI PANEER: Chop paneer in cubes.

  6. 6

    Mix in all the ingredients listed for tandoori paneer and marinate for at least 2 hours.

  7. 7

    Drizzle some oil in a tawa over medium heat. Place paneer cubes and cook until done, about 30 seconds on each side.

  8. 8

    ASSEMBLING THE BURGER: Spread tomato ketchup on bottom and top buns.

  9. 9

    Place a couple of salad greens, onion slices, sago patty, cheese slice, tomato slices, cucumber slices, tandoori paneer cubes and chopped peanuts.

  10. 10

    Close it with top half of the bun.
