Knead properly till the dough stops sticking

Let the dough rest for 30 minutes to an hour

Knead the dough again for about 5 minutes

Divide the dough into smaller balls

Roll into a circle or desired shape till it becomes thin and flat

You can either use a chapati/roti fryer or just a non stick pan(no need for oil)

Turn when to the other side when it forms bubbles and a bit brown
