Steps

Cut the brinjal into strips and soak into water for 15 minutes.

Heat a pan put oil when oil is heated than add punchphoran,green chilli and garlic saute for 1 minutes.

Then add brinjals and all spices.

Mix well and cover it cook for 7-8 minutes on medium flame.
- 5
When brinjals become soft then add coriander leaves and switch off the gas.
