I needed a local dish once again...
Steps

Peel yam,rinse well and roast in a preheated grill,flip sides until inserted knife opens a slice easily and it turns black or brown..

Blend tomatoes and pepper manually, set aside.Slice onions and utazi after washing,set aside,wash ponmo and Cook with little seasoning...keep aside.

Pre heat palm oil in a pot, add ponmo and tomato puree,stir Fry,add seasoning,stir,taste to adjust with salt set aside,turn off heat...cut your yam into a bowl note:sprinkle some salt AF er each addition,add sauce, onions and utazi, ready to eat...
