It's a popular Burmese Street food in which noodles and gravy served together.
Steps

Take onions, garlic, ginger, turmeric and red chilli powder to mixi jar to make a paste of it..Add little water while crushing.

To prepare gravy, In a pan, add oil and saute the paste. Add chopped carrots and capsicum and coconut milk to it.

Mix little water to besan to make a paste of it. add it to the boiling gravy. Add salt to taste.

In anothet vessel,keep water to boil. Add salt and 1 tsp of oil to the boiling water. After water starts boiling, add noodles to it.

Let the nudels get cooked properly. Then remove it from hot water and put it into strainer to remove access water.
Pour cold water over noodles to prevent it from sticking with each other. - 6
In a serving bowl, add noodles and pour gravy over it. Sprinkle some roasted peanuts, spring onion on top. Serve along with lemon wedges.
