Ingredients

20 minutes
  1. 2 poundsground meat
  2. 1/2 tablespoonsalt
  3. 1/2 tablespoonItalian seasoning
  4. 1/2 tablespoonsofrito
  5. 1/2 teaspoonpepper
  6. 1/3 cupbreadcrumbs
  7. 2eggs
  8. 1/4 teaspoonaccent
  9. 1/2 teaspoonworstershire sauce

Steps

20 minutes

    Preheat oven to 375°F

  2. 2

    Place ground meat in a large mixing bowl.

  3. 3

    Add all ingredients to the mixing bowl, except the breadcrumbs. Mix well incorporating all the ingredients.

  4. 4

    Gradually add the breadcrumbs until mixture is moist but comes together in a ball.

  5. 5

    For meatballs, portions meatballs with 2 oz scoop. Place meatballs on sheet tray lined with parchment paper. Allow to bake for 20 minutes.

  6. 6

    For meatloaf, Spray a hotel pan with non stick spray. Shape the ground meat into a log in the hotel pan.
