Chickpea Stew
Being a cook is being an artist —You can mix ingredients in your fridge or pantry and get creative results! I had some chickpea cans I wanted to use and I decided to make this vegetarian strew which turned out delicious ! I used vegetables I had in my fridge and you can too! You can substitute the green peppers for red/orange/ yellow or add any vegetables you already have like celery or carrots. The important thing is that you make it with love and you get creative while doing it.

Chicken Veggie stew

Cream Stew with Soy Milk
I had started to make stew before I realised I didn't have any stew stock cubes. I panicked a little and came up with this. There isn't much to it, but it's healthy and my husband loved it ♪Season with salt and pepper if you like. The thick texture of the potato is very important, so boil it until soft. Soy milk is sweet, so you don't need to add onions. Recipe by Fuwafuwanoeru

Mom's 70's Brunswick Chicken Stew
I had completely forgotten about this recipe until mom reminded me of it. When I was a kid, I didn't dig on veggies much, so it is no wonder I had forgotten this. Now that I am older and eat my veggies, this stew rocks. I remember my father loved when mom would make it.

Hungarian-Style Chicken Stew with Paprika and Yogurt
While on a business trip to Hungary during winter, I found that eating hot dishes was perfect for the season. The main dish served with this was spaetzle, which I was surprised to find in Europe. The first time I tried it, I thought, 'Wow! This is perfect for the cold weather.'The key to this dish is the chicken. The tender, melt-in-your-mouth chicken is best made with chicken thighs, paired with a rich sauce and a hint of spiciness from Hungarian paprika. As it starts to cool down in Taiwan, I recommend this dish to everyone. On the weekend, gather your energy and try making this warm dish.(If you don't feel like making spaetzle, you can substitute with penne pasta or white rice.)

It was cold outside and I wanted something warm and good to eat. So I created this:

Double Wide Hunters Stew
This is man food! Meat and potatoes, can't beat that. This is a recipe I'd like to say I invented, haven't actually researched it but I created this one. I don't call it "beef stew" because the way I cook this and eat it is a bit different from a traditional beef stew. This is definitely a big, filling, prehistoric cave man type meal, I'll tell you that!

Potato and Bacon Milk Stew
Based on a dish my parents always made for me at home. This is what got me to like potatoes!Be careful not to let this boil over when simmering, because cleaning up afterwards is a pain.Adjust the amount of the milk according to your liking. Recipe by Kakigori

I wanted to eat a healthy and delicious meal.Step 2: Place the seam side of the wrapped meat directly onto the frying pan.Taste the dish as you add the salt and adjust accordingly. You can basically add any vegetables you would like. Using leftover vegetables makes this even more economical. You could also make the dashi with 4 tablespoons of water and a small amount of dashi granules! Recipe by ma2003co

Chicken & Green Bean Pot Stew
Hi everyone!!! After yesterday’s Clean Monday or Ash Monday and a day of fasting, I am back with another Chicken recipe. 🙂 Fasting usually last for about 40 some odds days, which is way to long of time at least for me that is, so what I usually do is fast the last week before Easter. I think most people do that know, busy schedule and fasting a bit difficult. If your in the mood to eat something different give this recipe a try, you just might like it. 🙂My husband is a fan of Green beans, me not so much, but before I say NO to something I like to try it out first, I have actually tried to eat them a few times in the past, but it was a no go. I gave it one more try again today just in case my tastebuds have changed aaaand NO they have not..:), so I can officially say I am not a fan of Green Beans.Since, I do love Chicken this recipe has the combination of both worlds, and the taste is just superb (Chicken of course is). 🙂 With the addition of fresh tomatoes and herbs simmering together just makes you want to eat it all at once. Adding a side dish of Feta cheese, drizzled with Olive Oil, topped with fresh Oregano, dipping that fresh slice of bread into the sauce AWWW!! what more can I say. 🙂

Couscous with Vegetables
Sometimes I do not feel like cooking, so couscous seems like a perfect solution. My kids often help out in preparing this simple dish, and it makes them more eager to eat it.

Potato Stew with Beef
I remember my mom always adding simple ingredients to a pot, letting it simmer with a bubbling sound, creating a lively atmosphere that symbolized family togetherness. A pot of homemade potato stew with beef, infused with my mom's love, became delicious and comforting.Tips※. Sautéing carrots helps release more lycopene.

Japanese Style Potato and Pork Stew
My hubby loves this stew! This is a very hard to fail dish and yet nutritional balanced. It is very easy to prepare and very nice to eat with rice or udon.

Tomato Stew with Pork Filet and Beans
I had pork filet that I bought on sale, so I made this. Usually I make 'filet cutlets,' but it's delicious simmered as I did this time. I'm thinking of using it in a curry flavored stew next time.Coat the filets with flour and pan fry until crispy and golden brown. Use the fat that comes out of the meat to cook it. Make sure to drain excess oil and fat with paper towels after the meat is pan fried. For 4 servings. Recipe by Koba
