Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a pan. Then add chopped onion, raw peanut,green chilli.. And saute for few min,until light golden brown..

Then add chopped tomato and little salt and again cook for few min until became soft. After that add little turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, and mix well.and cook until oil begins to separate.

Then add sprouted moth(matki) and also add more watar as needed to the tarry (rassa)and salt to taste,cover it with the lid. And cook it until became soft.(But not too much).Now sprouted matki is ready.

Now lets prepare misal Spicy tarry or rassa.Heat in a oil.Add cumin seeds and add little turmeric powder, red chilli powder,(thori jyada) garam masala and immediately add water.After that put tarry (rassa)in misal and add chopped coriander leaves.Now Misal is ready.

In serving bowl add misal than add thick curd and finely chopped onion and farsan or crispy chivda.
Serve garma garam misal with pav immediately. Enjoy.
