Bhonay huway masala ma aloo, cauliflower daal kar 5 minutes kay liye bhonay.

Phir carrot or shimla mirch daal kar bhonay 1 se 2 minutes phir daam par rakh daay 5 minutes kay liye slow flame par takay sari vegetables gaal jaya.

5 minutes kay baad daam khol kar dish out kar lay. Garnish kary dahnia or hari mirch se.
