Ingredients

20 minutes
6 servings
  1. 6cooked sausages (of your choice), sliced
  2. 250 gbasmati or long grain rice (either a pouch or precooked)
  3. 1onion, chopped
  4. 1 clovegarlic, crushed
  5. 200 mlchicken or veg stock
  6. 1 tinchopped tomatoes
  7. 70 gfrozen peas

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat about 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan on a medium heat.
    Cook the onion for 3 minutes then add the garlic.
    Add the tomatoes & season, simmer for 5 minutes.
    Stir in the rice, sausage & stock, check the seasoning then simmer for 10 minutes.
    Serve.
