Pressure cooker vermicelli upma
Steps

First add 2 teaspoon water and oil then add chopped tomato this forms the buffer zone so that the dish does not get burnt. Then add carrot and aloo,top of this add onions ginger and green chilli.

Layer these veggies with vermicelli salt rest of the water.

Close the cooker and cook for one whistle.

Release the pressure and transfer to a bowl garnish with coriander and curry leaves.
