Soaked dal overnight and nxt dy morning wash it and blend it well and now add salt and mixed again

Heat oil in a pan pour the paste of dal in soft hands and fry it till them light brown colour

Now dip the bhalle in normal water for some time

Before serving squeeze out the water from bhalle in

Then take a bowl add bhalle and curd red chutney and green chutney boiled potatoes and chopped onion and mix it

And add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and roasted cumin seeds now yummy dahi bhalle is ready

And serve it
