3 servings

6 slicesbread
50 gmdark chocolate
3 cupsoil to deep fry
4 tbspmaida

Steps

Cut the edges of the bread. Cut rectangles as shown in pic. Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces.

Place the chocolate pieces in the center of the bread slice. Apply some water on the sides and press with fingers to make rectangles

Grind the left over bread into crumb. Coat the chocolate fries with maida slurry and then coat with crumbs. Keep in freezer for 10 mins.

Then heat oil in a kadhai. Fry the chocolate fries till golden from both sides. Place on paper towel to drain of excess oil.Serve hot.
