Get the fish butterflied and cleaned very well. Then, mix the minced garlic with half of the spices and lemon juice, and rub it on the fish. Place the fish in a baking dish lined with foil and oil underneath.

Let the fish marinate with the garlic for a while. Slice all the vegetables lengthwise, chop the celery and parsley. Heat a pot on the stove, add oil, and sauté the onions briefly. Add the tomatoes and bell peppers for a quick sauté, then add the celery, parsley, and spices.

Turn off the heat and spread the mixture over the fish. Slice fresh onions, lemon, and peppers, and place them on top of the fish. Squeeze more lemon juice over it, drizzle with some oil, and bake in the oven. Enjoy your meal!
