Steps

Mix all the ingredients except the water in a big bowl.

Now Cover the dough and set aside for 10 minutes.

Divide the dough into equal parts.Take each part of the dough and make a small ball.

Now make all mathri and give your favorite shape.

Now heat oil in a pan and fry all mathris in medium-low flame.

Until both sides are a golden-brown. Take them out on a paper towel and serve with tea
